INDUSTRIAL METAL TREATMENT
This letter is written to advise USA ALL AMERICAN of the benefits of using their Industrial Metal Treatment in our heavy-duty industrial machinery.
One of our pieces of equipment has as one of its components an internal combustion engine that is run for 24 hours non-stop. The engine had only 1800 hours of run time -- and for a reason not yet determined -- was consuming oil at a rate of 2 gallons every 8 hours.
Because of the problem described above, we added your Industrial Metal Treatment to the oil reserve in this piece of equipment.
The Director of Maintenance indicated to me that this piece of equipment ran with virtually no oil for approximately 4 – 8 hours. Further, he indicated that at no time did the temperature gauges indicate there was a problem as there was no smoke emissions, nor was there any loss of power during the entire time the engine was running.
Our Director of Maintenance has stated that he is convinced that without the addition of your Industrial Metal Treatment to the oil reserve, this piece of machinery would have failed, producing costly downtime that would have lead to a stoppage in production.
The problems with this particular piece of machinery are being solved. However, thanks to your Engine Treatment, our business was not thrust into a costly chaotic state.

Early in the 1997 Drag Racing season, we had the opportunity to use your USA ALL AMERICAN ENGINE TREATMENT in our 1996 Pontiac Pro Modified Formula Firebird Race Car.
What we were initially looking for was not so much a performance edge, as it was towards parts longevity. After using your Oil Treatment and your Fuel Treatment for the entire 1997 season, we found that it far exceeded our expectations. Not only did we race the entire season using the same race engine, but we also exceeded our expected performance level.
The car went faster and quicker than ever posting excellent numbers consistent throughout the season. Our engine produces over 2200 horsepower and travels at speeds over 200 mph. These engines cost us about $60,000.

Over the past year, we have had the opportunity to use your Fuel additives and lubricants under various racing applications with exceptional results.
Your Engine Treatment was used and continues to be used in conjunction with a good synthetic racing oil in our Briggs & Stratton go-kart racing motors. These motors are blueprinted, run on pure methonal and are exposed to extreme rpm’s and temperatures.
My son has raced under the (WKA) World Karting Assoc. and (IKF) International Karting Federation and won three national championships. We rotate three different motors and have never experienced a motor failure.
Our motor builders are very impressed with the lack of wear on the rod ends and the crankshaft journal casings, less than .0005 of an inch after 25 to 30 races on each motor. On several occasions, the motor temperatures have reached 450 degrees with no damage to the piston and ring assembly.
We will NOT race without your additive in our oil because we believe it is one of those variables that keeps us out front.
Your Power Grease is a very effective bearing lubricant and replaces all other products including greases in our workshop.
Your Heavy-Duty Lubricating Oil is the most effective Lubricant to use on our drive chains because it maintains its presence on the chain longer than others while reducing resistance at the same time.

This letter is in reference to your products. I have been in the Ginning business for 35 years. We have used many different oil and grease products and there has never been any grease to compare with your POWER GREASE.

I am writing to thank you for introducing me to your fine line products for the automobile.
As a small business man, saving money on company vehicle expenses is very important to me. Due to the onslaught of somewhat less than honest claims in advertising from your competitors concerning their abilities to enhance automobile performance, I must admit that I was a bit skeptical. However, I am very happy to report a dramatic increase in gas mileage in my company car using your ONE-STEP FUEL TREATMENT – AND YOUR FUEL SYSTEM CLEANER. FROM A JOURNEYMAN MECHANIC OF 19 YEARS
POWER GREASE / AUTOMOTIVE ENGINE TREATMENT
I have been a journeyman mechanic for 19 years and I have never believed in any kind of oil additives. It is my experience that a good preventative maintenance schedule, high quality oil and grease would give the maximum life to parts.
Our fleet runs an average of 75% off-highway. We did have a problem area that needed help – front-end parts and U-joints were short-lived and certain Ford front wheel bearings. We tried three major brands of grease with no help.
I purchased one 12-pack of your POWER GREASE and I tried it on the trucks with the early wheel bearing failures. These bearings could not live the life of the brake pads without failure or too bad and needing to be replaced at brake time which is approximately 12,000 to 18,000 miles. These units are door-to-door meter readers on rural routes with lots of stop and go, these same bearings are lasting well over 75,000 miles and still going strong.
Front-end parts replacement that used to consume a high percentage of shop time are almost a thing of the past. U-joints last 10 to 15 times longer than before we started using your POWER GREASE.
Then, because of the above success, we started using your Engine Treatment in all gear boxes with the same results. I can’t say enough about this product. It does what it claims – and more. As for the price, the parts and labor it saves far outweigh the cost of this product.
I still don’t believe in oil additives, but I do believe in your USA ALL AMERICAN METAL CONDITINERS.
TRANSMISSION CENTER
Engine Treatment
Let me begin this correspondence by informing you that your product has no equal in our opinion. We have been using your Transmission Treatment for over one year now and all of us here swear by it.
As a transmission rebuilding facility, we occasionally experience a sticking valve or lock-up chatter in the torque converter and your products save us the expense of removing the transmission again simply to free a valve or clean a unit that has been contaminated by the transmission cooler.
As well, we will often have a customer ask us if there is any additive available to “beef-up” the transmission fluid and provide additional protection. We simply tell the customer that USA ALL AMERICAN is the way to go and re-sell him/her a bottle.

I IGNORED MY MECHANIC’S ADVICE
ENGINE TREATMENT:
I purchased a new GMC pickup truck in 1992. Since this was my first six-cylinder engine, I decided to try your USA ALL AMERICAN Oil Additive in her to see if there actually was any benefit to such a product.
My mechanic, Daryl, warned me that I was “wasting my money”. He claimed changing motor oil every three thousand miles was quite sufficient.
Against his advice, I used it anyway.
After 106,000 miles, I noticed some exhaust smoke at initial start-up. Daryl explained that it was about due to have the valve seals replaced.
Upon removal of the valve covers and subsequent replacement of the seals, Daryl informed me that he could see “no visible signs of wear”.
We put her back together and she still runs like a new truck. From now on, I plan on using your Engine Oil Additive in ALL of my vehicles.

I have just completed a stringent one-week test on your POWER CUTTING OIL. I am amazed at the difference in the finishes and also the added tool life that I have seen tapping, milling, and sawing that your product produces.
I have treated the edges of the different cutting tools by brushing your POWER CUTTING OIL onto the cutting edge. Because of the results of this one-week test, we plan to use this product with all of our CNC equipment as an additive to all of our cutting oil products.

POWER CUTTING OIL
I have been using your Power Cutting Oil for over a year now – with excellent results. Frankly, I am constantly surprised by its performance.
One of my first surprises came when tapping a grade eight bolt, using rapid tap, my tap became stuck in the hole. Unable to move the tap, I decided to try the your POWER CUTTING OIL. I was very surprised when the tap broke free as I tapped the rest of the hole.
Another surprise came while back facing a hole on our horizontal boring mill. Normally, using rapid tap or other metal working fluids, the back facing is so hot you can not touch it after use. Using your Power Cutting Oil, the back facing bit was only slightly warm after use.
Your Power Cutting Oil cuts down friction so effectively, I would recommend it for any machine shop use for drilling, tapping, turning, to machining exotic materials. |
